Scotch block with manual operated setting device (FS1963)

The scotch block is a trailable device normally installed on secondary tracks that allows ao achieve independence from the circulation tracks with respect to the escape of parked wagons.

The scotch block can be settled in vertical position (efficient scotch block) or inverted (rotated 90 °).

The manual actuation of the scotch block takes place through the use of the FS1963 type setting device and the relative actuation rods.

The CINEL type scotch block can be equipped with one or both of the following accessory equipment:

a) Electric efficiency control that allows verifying the position and possible trailed of the scotch block itself

b) Safety lock with FS type key and electric control of the removed or introduced key that allows the immobilization of the scotch block in normal efficient position and the electrical control of this condition

Scotch block with power-operated setting device (FS83)

The power-operated actuation of the scotch block takes place through the use of the FS83 type setting device and the relative actuation and control rods. The setting device also allows to electrically verify the position and possible trailed of the scotch block itself.
