Base plates are manufactured by the following production processes:

• Hot forging
• Machining of rolled profiles
• Welding of rolled or forged elements with processes qualified according to UNI EN 15614-1 and approved by RFI
• Machining of block

Clips

Cinel SpA produces anchoring and tightening clips for any type of rail profile and laying, for railway and tramway lines.

Clips are manufactured by following production processes:

• Hot forging
• Machining of rolled profiles

Blocks

Cinel SpA produces distance and support blocks for turnouts and guard rail track

Fishplates

Cinel SpA produces fishplates standard and for stuck insulated joints

Fishplates are manufactured by following production processes:

• Hot forging
• Machining of rolled profiles
